  Question: What happens to the materials which I submitted for duplication or/and printing?
  Answer: There are generally 2 ways these materials will be treated.

Firstly, they can be returned back to the customer.

Alternatively, the customer can choose to leave the materials with us. Should an event that the customer requires additional copies from his/her previous order, we will be able to produce accordingly. This saves our customers the trouble of re-submitting data to us.

You can indicate your preference in the Production Agreement before production commences for an order.
