  Question: How do I know if ColourSCRIBE has received my payment?
  Answer: Currently, the payment modes that we accept for our online catalogue are PayPal and major Credit Cards/Debit Cards (MASTER, VISA, AMEX).
 

If you paid using your PayPal account, simply log in to that PayPal account and click on the Email tab. A payment confirmation e-mail would have been sent to your PayPal Inbox.

Alternatively, you can navigate to My Account Overview to see the transaction in your Recent Activity.


If you DO NOT have a PayPal account or paid using a Credit/Debit Card
, you can check the Inbox of your e-mail which you have provided us with for a payment confirmation e-mail.

If you have indicated that you wish to pay by POSB/DBS Bank Transfer, you can check your payment status using our Check Transaction Service.
