Any
material submitted to ColourSCRIBE for production will be
safeguarded and not distributed or shared with any third
parties.
However, if ColourSCRIBE
suspects that
the
customer does not possess sufficient rights to reproduce the
materials, the materials will be destroyed and the
associated orders will be cancelled in accordance with our
Terms of Cancellation. These materials may be handed to the
police or relevant authorities if ColourSCRIBE is required
to do so.
ColourSCRIBE will also
not be held responsible for the treatment of files uploaded
to third party sites. Customers are advised to be aware of
the privacy policies of these sites.
