Duplication and Image Printing Services
For Insert
Printing/Image Printing on CD/DVD,
you can send us via-e-mail the the ready artwork or the images that
you wish to use to form the artwork using our Artwork Assembly
Service charged at SGD30.00 per design.
For this service, we will piece together the different images and provide
image/text editing. Please note that we do not design from scratch.. A Soft Copy
Sample will be sent to you for your approval before printing.
Alternatively, you can download our templates to make your own
ready-to-print artwork. In this instance, you will not require the Artwork
Assembly Service. [See: Resources]
Method of transfer to us:
1. E-mail.
2. Uploading them to your private/business server and providing us
with a download link.

For smaller files, you can send us the contents via e-mail as a zipped
attachment.

If your file is larger than 2GB and it takes a
long time to upload the file onto filedropper, please let us know so that we can arrange a meeting
for you to pass us the master copy through our representative.

the Master copies.

and providing us with a download link.
*Please do not upload confidential contents onto third party
websites as Colourscribe does not have control over the treatment of these
files. Customers are advised to be aware of the privacy policies of
these sites.

For orders below 500 pieces, delivery is priced at SGD30.00 per local address.
For orders of 500 pieces and above, delivery to a local address will be
complimentary.

All our CD/DVD duplication or/and image
printing services come with complimentary paper sleeves for the

Due to the nature of our services,
prior to production, a 100% deposit will apply for all orders unless
otherwise specified.
The various modes of payment are:
1. Cheque
2*. Online Credit Card Payment
3^. PayPal Transfer
4. POSB/DBS Bank Transfer
To check if payment has been received:
* If
payment was made using a Credit/Debit Card, you can check the
Inbox of your e-mail which you have provided us with for a payment
confirmation e-mail.
^If you paid using your PayPal account, simply log in to that
PayPal account and click on the Email tab. A payment
confirmation e-mail would have been sent to your PayPal Inbox.
Alternatively, you can navigate to My Account Overview to see
the transaction in your Recent Activity.

required for production depends on the quantity ordered as well as
our workload at the time all necessary materials and payment have
been received.
